2. Scope

This policy applies to trade customers, job applicants, and visitors to our websites and apps. • Orders & payments — products ordered, quantities, delivery notes, invoices, payment and settlement history, and related communications.
• Applicant information — if you apply for a role, the details you send us (for example name, phone, email, and work eligibility).
• Technical data — IP address, browser or device type, approximate location derived from IP, and basic server or usage logs when you use our sites or apps.

4. How we use information

• To create and manage trade accounts and authenticate users.
• To take, fulfill, and deliver wholesale orders within Canada.
• To send invoices, statements, delivery updates, and account messages.
• To improve our store, operations, and customer support.
• To review job applications for Operations and Delivery Associate roles.

We do not sell personal information. We keep account and order records while your account is active and for as long as needed for tax, accounting, dispute resolution, and legal requirements in Canada. Applicant information is kept only as long as needed for hiring decisions unless you ask us to retain it longer.

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

9. Your choices

Subject to applicable law, you may request access to or correction of your personal information, or ask questions about our practices, by contacting us at the email below. You may also request that we close an account where we are not required to retain records.
